- Purpose of the framework service agreement: Designation of service providers relating to support in the commercial attractiveness of traders and towns in Picardy Wallonia as part of the Interreg Commerce project! Project context: The project Interreg Commerce! aims to support local commerce and strengthen the attractiveness of city centers, in response to economic challenges and the drop in attendance. Merchants in partner cities will be invited to carry out self-scans (structured self-assessment) allowing them to establish a diagnosis of their needs and objectives in terms of commercial strategy, digitalization and sustainable practices. The coaching covered by this contract aims to offer support personalized, both to traders and local authorities, in order to: • Strengthen the skills of traders and their commercial performance; • Encourage sustainable and responsible development of businesses; • Increase attractiveness commercial and urban areas of city centers.
