Description:
This public procurement procedure consists of the conclusion of a service contract for the purpose of "Preventive maintenance and repairs of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment at the University of Namur". Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and replacementsReplacement of parts must be carried out on a list of equipment included in the market documents. The equipment is used on the various sites of the university and is notably composed of chilled water production groups, cold rooms, air conditioning, chilled water fan coils,refrigeration installations in the university restaurant. In addition, the contract provides for the replacement of the evaporators of the 2 mortuary cold rooms. The contracting authority draws attention to the obligation to carry out a site visit before the deadline of 01/23/2024.
