Description:
§1. This market is a market for insurance services which fall under CPV codes 66510000-8 and following. §2. The contract consists of the renewal of the insurance policies of contracting authorities members of a centralized purchasing center organized by the non-profit organization ANBCT, responsible for awarding the contract (art 47 of the law of June 17, 2016). It aims to conclude a framework agreement with a single economic operator per lot, without re-competition, in accordance with article 43 §1 to 4 inclusive of the law of June 17, 2016. After award of the contract, the Contracting Authority and the PABs will, each individually, be responsible for the execution of subsequent contracts (orders placed). Accordingly, they will place orders according to their respective needs, throughout the validity of the contract. Via this framework agreement, the Contracting Authority wishes to carry out a call for tenders intended exclusively for insurance companies approved by the FSMA with a view to renewing various insurance policies for itself as well as for other non-market associations in its sector of professional activity (subject to the law on public procurement). The contract conditions provide for separate invoicing and payment for each entity party to the contract. this framework agreement.
