- The purpose of the framework agreement is the provision of services relating to the hydraulic and hydrological modeling of sections of 1st category watercourses in the Vesdre watershed. Description of the services to be performed: the modeling is to be carried out on the length of watercourses intaking into account the results obtained by the MODREC-Vesdre convention (hydraulics-hydrology) with the aim of designing resilient developments, focusing on the banks and the major bed in direct proximity to the minor bed. A preliminary stage, once the market launchActed, will be imposed on all selected service providers. This stage will consist of training in the use of modeling software (WOLF-2D). The successful completion of this training by service providers will be assessed as a condition of access to service providers to be able to apply for a contract.subsequent. This service market will primarily focus on the development of the Vesdre watershed.
