The Open-Source Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) software is used by the ETNIC to make available online training solutions for its beneficiary entities. Several instances are installed and operated by the ETNIC for this purpose. This framework agreement relates to the accommodation, maintenance, support and improvement of the different instances of the Moodle LMS operated by the ETNIC, as well as A videoconferencing solution allowing the provision of a complete pedagogical environment dedicated to distance learning.
