A. Current contract performance includes
.
1. factory manufacture of the cables according to the rules of good workmanship;
2. the tests on the cables in the manufacturer's factory, according to the specifications, reproduced in the technical provisions of the current specifications and their specificationstocker in a guarded place until the day of delivery;
3. the transport of the cables on reels from the manufacturer's factories to the yards or depots, including unloading by crane;
4. making the coils available free of charge by the contractor. The coils must have ahave provided firmness for the load and the handling.
5. although the bobbins are considered lost packaging, the removal of the empty bobbins will be ensured by and at the expense of the contractor, in accordance with the time limit set out in the award criteria no. 4;
6. delivering the reportrts of the factory cable tests prepared in Dutch and in French;
7. maintaining the inventory of the stock by sending the duplicate of the dispatch note to the leading official;
8. a list will be drawn up by post in joint consultation with the appointedofficial; to resume the programming on this list will be given by the lead official at the start of the agreement. This computer list is sent to the senior officer every month; this document will serve as the basis for the progress statements to be prepared...
