- The purpose of this contract is the supply of Flygt brand spare parts, equipment and accessories intended for the corrective maintenance of pumps and agitators operated by IDELUX Eau. These supplies will help ensure repairs to the existing equipment as well as the identical replacement of equipment in service within wastewater treatment plants and discharge stations located in the province of Luxembourg. The contract is concluded for a period of one year and covers all needs of IDELUX Water in original Flygt pumping and stirring equipment. The successful bidder guarantees the availability of wearing parts throughout the duration of the contract. This contract is a framework supply agreement within the meaning of article 2, 35° of the law of 17 June 2016. The framework agreement is awarded to a single economic operator.
