- This contract involves the conclusion of a framework contract and, as a result, subsequent contracts for the supply of an anti-foaming agent for the fermentation installations of the Brussels-South water treatment plant, in accordance with HYDRIA's needs. The defoamer must be able to zto remove and/or avoid foam formation in the construction works.
The framework agreement aims at designating three tenderers who have submitted the most economically advantageous offer based on specific award criteria for the framework agreement (see Title I. Part I. "Award Criteriaa applies to the framework agreement").
With each subsequent contract, there will be a new call for competition from these three entrepreneurs on the basis of specific award criteria for the subsequent contracts (see "Award criteria applicable to the subsequent contracts").
