This assignment consists of two plots:
Plot 1: Performing maintenance works on project lands/wasteland
Leefgoed owns Defright grounds located in the 11 municipalities of the operating area. It is mainly about forests and meadows and occasionally one build plot.
We want a maintenance service twice a year for most areas.
Plot 2: Performing garden works at social rental properties
Leefgoed owns more than 5,000 social rental homes, of which about half with a private garden.
In these gardens must be repair works that are charged to the owner, for example, replaced wire sealing and gates, reconstruction driveways or garden paths that have been sagged, ...
In certain houses, the garden must be redesigned/set up become.
Over the past two years, work vouchers have been sent for such works for a 140 addresses.
