Explanation: Framework agreement for checking, maintenance and repair of the boilers of the patrimony of "home edge". This assignment is split into 5 plots being: plot 1: Aartselaar-Kontich Plot 2: Boechout-Hove-Lint Plot 3: Edegem Plot 4: Mortsel Plot 5: SVK Homes at Each plot can recover or disappear buildings (eg as the result of purchase and or sale, new projects, etc.). Every quarter the contractor delivers to the home edge. An overview of the totals of the invoice amounts, split to on the one hand ordinary maintenance and split into investments (replacements of boilers). The purpose of this tender is to appoint 1 contractor (per plot). The tenderer undertakes to start all the sub -assignments requested by the board within 14 days of receiving the aforementioned message and to perform it within the message indicated implementation period, unless a different period is agreed in mutual consultation. If an assignment requires more work than indicated in the report of the sub -assignment, the contractor informs the housing company as soon as possible and in any case before he Start. The number of partial assignments that will be granted in the context of this tendering procedure during the initial duration of the framework agreement is indefinite.
