Around 70 % of the buildings are used in school. The function of the client is based on a two -stage role model: • The coordinator for The maintenance is responsible for contract management, commissioning, annual planning and strategic coordination with the service provider. Responsible for the accompaniment of the companies, registration on site, handing over the running routes and order lists from the facility management system and withdrawal of the documentation after implementation.
