Tourism Ostend, wishes an attractive and high-quality Christmas and... to create an end-of-year experience in the public space in the city center. In the coming years, the city wants to focus again on attractive Christmas lighting and decorations that strengthen the image of “City by the Sea” and offer visitors and residents a warm end-of-year atmosphere. The assignment includes the development of a complete concept for Christmas lighting and Christmas decorations within the center of the City of Ostend, as well as its complete implementation. This includes: - the design and the creative development of an integrated Christmas lighting and decoration concept; - the delivery and installation of all elements; - the suspension and placement at the intended locations; - inspection and maintenance during the entire period of use; - carrying it out of necessary repairs; - the safe disposal and storage after the end of the year period. The contractor is responsible for a high-quality, sustainable and technically reliable implementation that contributes to an attractive end-of-year experience in the Netherlands center of the city of Ostend.
