- The objective of this Framework contract is developing training modules on various topics of EU environmental law as well as to organise workshops on the implementation of EU environmental law. It intends to continue increasing awareness of EU environmental law (and policy) as the source of the national implementing legislation and decisions, to assist the national judges (and other relevant actors, such as prosecutors) in applying that law in practice and to provide a forum for exchange of knowledge and experience between judges originating from different Member States.
