• Woonmaatschappij Rivierenland is looking for a party to draw up the EPC certificates for existing real estate in Mechelen and Willebroek. Drawing up EPC certificates Mechelen 1.EPC PRIVATIVE AREAS OF BUILDINGS / HOMES (studio, apartment, terraced house, semi-detached building) The assignment includes the appointment of an energy expert type A for the preparation of energy performance certificates (EPC certificates), including as follows: - preparation of approximately 300 EPC certificates - preparation of EPC certificate at the start of new rental agreements (approx. 15/month) - EPC format certificate for the sale of social housing entities - preparation of EPC certificate upon expiry of current EPC certificate (after 10 years) 2.EPC COMMON PARTS OF APARTMENT BUILDINGS From 2022, an EPC certificate must be available for the common parts of every building that has more than 2 contains residential units. The common parts of the building include the roof, exterior walls and floors. Also the windows, doors, lighting of the common (circulation) areas such as the entrance hall, the corridor or a shared space.
