• FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WORKS Lot 1 - Completion Lot 2 - PVC floor and wall coverings Lot 3 - Carpentry Lot 4 - Fixed furniture Lot 5 - Electricity Lot 6 - Sanitary Lot 7 - HVAC Bail Given the administrative burden that managing this process entails for bidders and for the Contracting Authority; Given that the majority of subsequent contracts have an execution period of less than one year; It is decided that: •The bond is required only for subsequent contracts whose amount exceeds 200,000 euros excluding VAT. •The security must be provided upon award of the subsequent contract concerned. The security is released in one go after final receipt of the contract. The security must be provided within 30 calendar days following the conclusion of the contract. Proof of its constitution must be sent to the address of the Contracting Authority. In the event of failure to provide the security within the allotted time frame, the provisions of article 29 of the Royal Decree of 14 January 2013 may be applied. The Contractor's request to proceed with acceptance takes the place of a request for release of the security if a common agreement is established with the project owner.
