The assignment concerns works, innovations and extensions on the water pipes in the Water-Link distribution network.
The works are situated on the territory of the municipalities belonging to the catchment area of Water-Link, including (is therefore also considered a catchment area) the port- and industrial area left and right Scheldt Oever and Beveren, or where the pipes run to the catchment area, or within the Production Centers Notmeir-Walem-Oelegem in Lier, Duffel, Rumst and Ranst, or within the Luithgen main pump station in Mortsel, or in all other zones Installations and the like, belonging to or made available to Water-Link.
