Framework agreement for translation services
This assignment concerns translations of texts for various services (e.g. Tourism, Culture and Communicationsmart and attractive. The intention is that the translation provided is an end product that can be immediately published by the contracting authority. Revising already translated texts and proofreading will also be part of this assignment. The contracting authority communicatesin 4 to 6 languages to the (international) visitor. The contractor must be able to frequently perform translations from Dutch into the following target languages: French, German, English, Spanish and Italian. It mainly concerns marketing and communication texts in the field of stad promotion, tourism and culture. More specifically online and offline communication such as brochures about the city of Bruges, magazines, newsletters, articles, websites… At the start of each translation assignment, the medium, purpose and target group are communicated. Translations of short ones may also be requestedtexts such as news items, social media posts and press releases where it is crucial that they are delivered quickly.
