Havenwereld vzw wishes to recruit a reliable and qualitative ticket and reservation software to quickly and up to date its experience package with a large and varied audience.
The ticketing & reservation software must provide the visitor with an accessible and user-friendlypurchase experience. The purchased ticket is the means that gives access to the desired product, being an individual visit to the port world or participating in an excursion from the experience package that Havenwereld offers for schools and companies. For this system we strive for a maximumDigital process with high accessibility where the visitor is always central. This visitor must find information in an easy (digital first) way.
The software is a system that not only offers functionalities for ticketing and reservation, but also provides solutionsFor creating, following up and planning the (reserved) excursions by the backoffic employee. For example, linking supervisors to a reserved excursion, fully creating the offer, ... Furthermore, the software must also be able to send transactional mailings NAV NAVthe purchases of users/buyers.
Preferably this application is a SaaS solution.
