Description:
This assignment is an assignment for working in the sense of art. 2, 18 ° of the Government Consultations Act. With this placement procedure, the contracting authority aims to conclude framework agreements regarding the- hereinafter explained- technical maintenance of AG Vespa-Patrimonium and urban patrimony. This concerns the maintenance of various immovable property, divided into plots, as well as immovable property whose maintenance can then be added to the framework agreement (see parcel 5). The list of buildings per relevant plot can be found in Appendix 4. With regard to parcel 5, the contracting authority aims to conclude a framework agreement with this placement procedure for the technical maintenance of additional buildings, in particular buildings other than those in the the List in Appendix 4, of which the contracting authority would take on the maintenance obligation during the term of the assignment. The maintenance of the above immovable property consists of three sub -components: (i) preventive maintenance, (ii) curative maintenance and (iii) project -based maintenance.
