Description:
This assignment is a framework agreement for taking care of a laser show. The service also includes delivering, installing and renting lasers for laser projection during events in Botuin Garden Meise. The specified rental prices include telephone permanence during the evenings of the events (5 pm-28 hours) and immediate physical intervention in the event of a failure of an installation (intervention itself reimbursed according to specified hour prices if the result of a human error APM). The delivery and installation must be done, in consultation with the event team and as close as possible to the start of the Event. The demolition must be done as soon as possible after the event, again in consultation with the event team. No rental price may be charged for the material during the days of structure and demolition. There is already 1 event in which the data is known: the Winterfloridylle (18 Dec to 4 January, with Exception of Christmas Eve and Day + New Year's Eve and New Year's Day). No data is known for other any events. The tenderer reserves the right to rent the materials, if not available at the selected supplier, elsewhere.
