The assignment is divided into 3 lots:
Lot 1:
Provincial domain De Gavers, Onkerzelestraat 280, 9500 Geraardsbergen:
The assignment concerns a framework agreement for surveillance assignments in part fromst (night surveillance on weekends and public holidays) and partly on call.
Static surveillance
Static night surveillance on all weekends and public holidays (permanent assignment)
Static night surveillance on call on weekdays
Static day surveillance during high season and events
Plot 2:
Provincial domain De Ster, Lange Rekstraat 30at 9100 Sint-Niklaas
Static day surveillance high season and events
Provincial domain Nieuwdonk, Dendermondse Steenweg 13A at 9290 Berlare
Static day surveillance high season
Provincial domain Puyenbroeck, Puyenbrug 1a, 9185 Wachtebeke
Static day surveillance high season and events.
Plot 3 :
Provinceal domain Het Leen, Gentsesteenweg 80, 9900 Eeklo
Static surveillance control after closure: on call all year round
Possible additional assignments
If during the implementation of the framework agreement for other provincial domains there is a need for surveillance of the day surveillance type high seasonand events arises, the assignment can be placed within this framework agreement for plot 2.
If a need for patrol surveillance arises during the implementation of the framework agreement for other provincial domains, a mini-competition will be held between the contractor of plot... - Documents :
