Description:
Framework Agreement for Support Financial Services BZA during and after the SAP S/4HANA implementation and if necessary to strengthen the services in the event of structural absences of hard -to -recruit financial staff.

At BZA there is currently a city -wide project for the upgrade of theCurrent financial platform (SAP ECC) to the new version (SAP S/4HANA). The SAP platform supports these processes, among other things: budgeting and legal reporting, order to pay to suppliers, customer order for the collection of customer payments, warehouse work, thesaurie, generalaccounting, tax returns and obligations, follow -up of incoming subsidies, accounting, operational reports.

In addition, BZA wishes to be able to respond quickly to necessary reinforcement questions that arise from structural absences of strong financially trained employees who have aTaking crucial role within the processes listed above.

To make the daily processes take place continuously during the implementation of the SAP upgrade and to be able to answer necessary reinforcement questions quickly, there must be the possibility to appeal to extra supportIf necessary (on call).
