Description:
This government contract concerns financial and economic support with regard to specific urban, infrastructure, mobility and parking projects, or support within the urban context of mobility and parking in a broader sense.
Sub-assignments include financial-economic researchsupport during the various phases of a project, such as:
• Guidance and advice in setting up structures (such as PPP projects, integrated contracts), including drawing up associated agreements and contracts (for example when building and/or operating car parks) ;
•Optimalisation from a financial angle of structures;
•Advice on the financial aspects when drawing up agreements, gentlemen agreements, appointment notes, ... (e.g. advice, public-public cooperation agreements, ...);
• Guidance with (the financial aspects of) putting it on the marketn of urban, infrastructure, mobility or parking projects and this from the preparation of the specifications up to and including the awarding of the contract;
• Carrying out social cost-benefit analyzes (SCBA) for urban, infrastructure, mobility or parking projects parking projects;
•Possibly also supervising opoptimizations and/or restructuring of the urban organizational structure that relate to the subject of the assignment;
•Budgeting tool: advice and implementation;
