Framework agreement for supplying nodular cast iron pipes and fittings Description of the Contract Lot 1: Delivering of Nodular Cast Iron Tubes and Spie-MOF Flange Loads plot 2: Delivering accessories in nodular cast iron with flange compounds guideline relates to the preparation of the candidate file. No specifications. Water-Link will include the definitive technical specifications in the specifications that will only be delivered to the selected candidates. This task must be considered as a command of deliveries (within the meaning of art. 2, 20 of the Public Procurement Act of 18 2016). The agreement is concluded for a duration of one year. Three extensions are possible, each time for one year. The date of entry into force of the agreement is determined by mutual consultation with the party to whom the assignment is awarded.
