Description:
AZ Herentals acts for this assignment as a purchasing center within the meaning of Article 47 §2 and Article 129 of the Law of 17 June 2016. This means that AZ will act in the name of the contracting authority in the name of the various contracting authorities.The purchasing center will apply the procedure for public procurement in accordance with the instructions and in the name and for the account of the contracting authorities involved.
After the procedure, the purchasing center will give the public contract if consensus has been reached by thecontracting authorities. At the end of the award, the contracting authorities themselves must conclude an agreement with the contracting authority to whom the public contract was allocated.
