The Ghent University Hospital wishes to implement a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)-based asset tracking system for the real-time location, management and analyzing of medical and nursing devices, non-medical equipment and other critical assets through all buildings and facilities Within the Hospital Campus.
Ble-tags on various devices such as infusion pumps, wheelchairs, hospital beds, monitors, etc. For measuring the location, temperature and movements; with accompanying disposables (including batteries).
