This assignment is an assignment for deliveries in the sense Art. 2, 20 of the Government Consultations Act.
The assignment takes the form of aframework agreement in the sense of art. 2, 35 of the Public Procurement Act - i.e., that it is carried out by placing assignments based on the framework agreement ("orders") depending on the actual needs of the contracting authority. The framework agreement is awardedTo one contractor. In the context of this framework agreement, each order is considered as a separate assignment, regardless of the execution of the other orders.
