- The present order concerns a framework agreement for the supply of sea sand and limestone granulate for the replenishment of the existing zones.
Probable decreases, spread across the VDAB sites and/or Herentals, Zottegem, Bilzen, Roeselare:
Plot 1 - Sea sand: 4,000 tons on average per year
Plot 2 - Limestone granulate: 2,000 tons on average per year
No rights can be derived from the suspected quantities. The quantities are purely estimates, indicative and not opposable.
The contractors cannot claim compensation if this suspected quantitycannot be achieved.
