- The purpose of this framework agreement is the staggered supply of respiratory masks for automatic continuous positive pressure ventilation (auto CPAP) devices, their spare parts.
This contract aims to designate several economic operators with whom will be made a dealrd-cadre for the benefit of which the contracting authority may place orders according to the procedure defined in the contractual clauses and at the unit prices fixed in the tenderers' offer.
This framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years maximum.
Orders subsequent will be established in fmeeting the needs of the GHdC according to the terms set out in points I.4.1 and I.4.2. of the specifications.
