The purpose of this framework agreement is the staggered supply of respiratory masks for Automatic Aid Aid for Continuous Positive Pressure Ventilation (Auto CPAP), their spare parts. This market aims to designate several economic operators with which will be concluded A framework agreement for the benefit of which the adjudicator may place orders according to the procedure defined in the contractual clauses and at the unit price set in the tenderer's offer. This framework agreement will be concluded for a maximum period of 4 years. Subsequent orders will be established according to the needs of the GHDC under the terms set at points I.4.1 and I.4.2. of the specifications.
