• LOT 1 - ANTIBODIES LOT 2 - FGF LOT 3 - COUNTING LOT 4 - CYTOMETRY LOT 5 - REAGENTS LOT 6 - DRESSING & CLEANING LOT 7 - CONSUMABLES This framework agreement concerning the supply of reagents and consumables enabling production and control quality of GMP grade mesangioblasts. The market is divided into 7 lots as follows: •LOT 1 - ANTIBODIES •LOT 2 - FGF •LOT 3 - COUNTING •LOT 4 - CYTOMETRY •LOT 5 - REAGENTS •LOT 6 - DRESSING & CLEANING •LOT 7 - CONSUMABLES The initial duration of the framework agreement is for 12 months with the possibility of renewing it for 3 periods of 12 months. Currently, the FIT project lasts 3 years with a maximum budget of €250,000 including VAT. At the end of the latter, if no other subsidy is found to extend the research, the market may not be renewed for its 4th year. This contract is subsidized by the national plan for recovery and resilience as part of the environment and energy transition platform project . Ecological clauses, called DNSH (Do Not Significant Harm) clauses, are provided for and imply that this contract cannot cause significant harm to the environment, and therefore have no foreseeable impact or a negligible impact on the following 6 environmental objectives: • Climate change mitigation (zero or negligible greenhouse gas emissions); • Adaptation to climate change (zero or negligible contribution...
