Description:
The order concerns a framework agreement for the supply of pemetrexed IV for all hospitals of the Ghent hospital network (UZ Gent - AZ Sint-Lucas & Volkskliniek Gent - AZ Jan Palfijn Gent and AZ Oudenaarde, cf. appendix C). This government contract is one occasional joint assignment. AZ Oudenaarde UZ Ghent AZ Sint-Lucas & Volkskliniek AZ Jan Palfijn TOTAL Pemetrexed (mg) 44,000 110,000 180,000 31,500 365,500 The quantities stated are the total probable quantities over a period of 1 year, for all of the hospitals listed in Appendix C. These quantities are indicative. They do not bind the ordering authorities in any way. The supplier cannot claim compensation if these expected quantities are not reached. These quantities will be purchased via separate orders. Duration: This assignment has a term of 1 year and can be tacitly extended three times for a period of 1 year. The assignment ends after a term of 4 years by operation of law. Maximum order amount per year: 50,000 euros including VAT. Delivery location: The possible delivery locations are: 1.
