- The subject of this assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of parts for the preventive and curative maintenance of the HVAC systems in the driving position and passenger compartment of the T3000 and T4000 trams of the STIB. Maintenance takes place in the workshops of the STIB. These trams belong to the first generation Bombardier Flexity Outlook type. They were put into service from 2004 and the original parts were manufactured by Vossloh Kiepe: HKL305, HKL337 et HKL422. The assignment can later be expanded for other necessary components for these systems. The framework agreement can be awarded to multiple contractors. The methodology is determined in the specifications. The anticipated term of the framework agreement is 6 years and can be tacitly extended twice by STIB for a term of 1 year each time.
