• Description:
• The assignment concerns a competition procedure with negotiation for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply, installation, configuration and maintenance of registration columns for patients, including accessories. UZ Gent wishes to install registration kiosks purchase for the various reception points of the hospital. All patients must register via these pillars, whether for a planned admission, a consultation, an examination or a treatment. The columns must provide patients with a self-service function for confirming arrival at the hospital or for referral to reception staff. Up to 4,000 unique patients register every day via the registration kiosks located throughout the campus. There is one in the morning peak flow of up to 500 registrations per hour, spread over the various reception points on campus where 1 or more registration columns are available, depending on the patient flow. There are 8 registration columns centrally located in the central entrance building. The other decentralized registration kiosks are located throughout the various buildings on campus. The aim of this infrastructure is to improve services for patients by, on the one hand, shortening the lead time when additional data registration is not required, and to provide patients with a personalized registration experience, or on the other hand, to refer the patient to an employee for personal contact, with issuance of a queue number...
