Only cities and municipalities could submit a project proposal. But the provinces could act as a partner.
The deputation agreed to act as a partner on December 2, 2021and for a project proposal on Smart Interactive Info Screens that can also be used for and by local businesses. This proposal would be submitted by the city of Halle. The other partners are the city of Dendermonde, the province of Flemish Brabant, the autonomous provincial company VERA and theprovince of East Flanders (Entrepreneurship and Europe directorate, POLIS department).
