Description:
MPA wishes to replace the existing parking guidance signs in Antwerp with fully dynamic parking and traffic guidance signs, as well as to provide a number of new signs at new locations. In addition, all these fully dynamic signs must be maintained by the contractor.
The Assignmentmer is responsible for the realization of a fully functioning parking and traffic guidance system.
In summary, the Assignment consists of the following components (during the basic and extension period of the Assignment): - the supply, installation and commissioning of fully dynamic parking and transportation facilitiesturning guidance signs including accessories (both for the basic system and for future expansions); - the supply, commissioning, keeping a central management system operational and up-to-date;
-technical management and (preventive, correctiveand evolutionary) maintenance of the installed parking and traffic guidance signs and of the central management system, both during the warranty period and after the warranty period.
The fully dynamic parking and traffic guidance signs become the property of the contracting authority. The central managementThe system remains the property of the Contractor. The Contracting Authority obtains a right of use or a license to this central management system for the entire duration of the contract (during the basic period as well as the extension period and maintenance period).
