- Framework agreement for the supply, installation and commissioning of a water treatment installation for the dialysis service Framework agreement for the supply, installation and commissioning of a water treatment installation for the dialysis service. AZ Turnhout wishes to purchase a water treatment installation for the dialysis service on the Sint-Jozef campus, to replace the existing installation. The purchase file includes the delivery, installation and connection of the water treatment plant, as well as disposal of the device to be replaced. Furthermore, the purchase is accompanied by the conclusion of a maintenance contract. All necessary testing/validation and legal checks are the responsibility of the tenderer. In the context of this framework agreement, In addition to Campus Sint-Jozef, Campus Sint-Elisabeth as well as CAD Mol, CAD Geel and CAD Hoogstraten are also listed as possible delivery locations. This mention is part of the possible future need to replace the water treatment installation on one of these locations within the term of this framework agreement. If - and insofar as this need actually arises - an additional water installation can be purchased via this framework agreement, without any purchase obligation. The contracting authority emphasizes that the quantities stated are probable quantities and therefore purely indicative.
