- With the construction of its New Hospital, scheduled to open in June 2024, the GHdC wishes to equip its services with new furniture, modern, practical and ergonomic, but also in harmony with its new image, and thus create a new identity on the all of its sites. I.1.1 Purpose of the contract: - The supply, installation, commissioning of standard furniture for all services of the new "Les Viviers" Hospital Center. - The staggered supply of the same furniture during the duration of the framework agreement, always including their installation and installationrvice (investments and replacements spread over 4 years) - This contract also concerns the supply of spare parts for all batches. The aim of this contract is to designate a single economic operator (per lot) with whom a framework agreement will be concluded for the benefit of which the awarder will be able toPlace orders following the procedure defined in the contractual clauses and the unit prices set in the offer. This framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years maximum. Call-ups will be established based on the needs of the GHdC. The equipment must be operationalls according to the timetable defined in chapter II.20. In accordance with article 37 of the Royal Decree of January 14, 2013, the contracting authority reserves the right to unilaterally make modifications to the initial contract.
