Description:
1. Through this current assignment, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement in accordance with Article 43, paragraph 4 of the Public Contracts Act of 17 June 2016 with one (1) Entrepreneur. 2. There are numerous buildings in the buildings of UZ Leuven fan convectors are available that ensure efficient heating and cooling of various rooms. This assignment includes: a. The replacement of existing fan coil units. This assignment mainly focuses on a phased replacement of the oldest devices to guarantee the long-term operation and reliability of these systems. The Contracting Authority assumes the replacement of approximately fifteen fan coil units per year, also taking into account possible adjustments to the diameters of the pipes, depending on the project specifications. In total, this involves the replacement of approximately 100 fan coil units. With each replacement, all associated components such as taps, valves, filters, control technology, replace electrical switch cabinets, sensors and thermostats, unless the Contracting Authority deviates from this. b. Supply, installation and commissioning of new fan convectors. In addition, new fan convectors will also be installed within this order where this proves necessary. 3. The calls within this framework agreement will probably have a value between € 10,000 and € 50,000 excl. VAT. The calls depend on various external factors, including...
