- •Information regarding the assignment This “frozen” order (vegetables, potato products and pastries) concerns the delivery of frozen products to the kitchens of the contracting authority. The client decides not to divide the assignment into lots due to the fact that the products requested all belong to the same category, namely frozen products. The term of this framework agreement is set at a period of 24 months (24 months + with 2 times the option to extend 12 months extend). The assignment commences on the date as stated in the closing letter. •Information regarding the kitchens of the facilities: The kitchens of the various facilities prepare meals in a hot line. Explanation: In application of the law of 17 June 2016 on government contracts and the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017 on the placement of government contracts, the non-profit organization Compostela acts as a purchasing center within the meaning of Article 47 of the Act of 17 June 2016 on Government Contracts in the sense that they award government contracts or framework agreements relating to works, supplies or services intended for contracting authorities, public companies or contracting entities.
