Description:
The purpose of this market is to provide foodstuffs, kitchen management assistance services and software for managing meals and food orders.Daily by the various kitchens (orders that are part of the food/package day) as well as food products intended to be consumed by all the CPAS services (orders excluding food day/excluding package).
The contracting authority wishes to register thepresent market in a sustainable development approach. The contracting authority invites the tenderer to submit a note relating to the products he undertakes to provide and which come from Courns Circuit and/or from organic and/or fair trade (cf. criterion of allocationpages 13 and 14).
The contractor will offer services to assist the various kitchens of the contracting authority effectively and concretely, at all stages of the operation of their catering activities.
The purchase price of foodstuffs will also include servicesCook supervision and the provision of software for managing meals production and orders.
