- Object of these deliveries: 12-month framework agreement for the supply of food and beverages. The plots can be tacitly extended 3 times for a period of 12 months each time. This order is an order for deliveries in the sentence art. 2, 20° of the Public Procurement Act. The assignment takes the form of a framework agreement within the meaning of art. 2, 35° of the Public Procurement Act - i.e. it is carried out by placing contracts based on the framework agreement contracts ('orders') according to the actual needs of the contracting authority. The various lots included in this framework agreement are awarded separately, each to one contractor. In the context of this framework agreement: each order is considered a separate order, independent of the execution of the other orders. Delivery places: -Central kitchen OPZ Geel - unloading quay B, at Pas 228, 2440 Geel; -Hospital Logistics (current external logistics partner of OPZ Geel), at the address Gaston Geenslaan 33, 3200 Aarschot; (see I.11 Contact details of external partners) -Cafeteria Adult Division, at Dr. Sanodreef 4 in 2440 Geel; -Cafetaria 't Vooruitzicht, at Stelenseweg 19, 2440 Yellow.
