Description:
Context: With the opening of its New Hospital in 2024, the GHdC wishes to offer healthy, tasty and quality meals to its patients and visitors.
Object of the contract: The object of this contract is therefore the supply of fifth (5th) range food products, ready to use, pasteurizeddried or sterilized, for the sites of the Grand Hopital de Charleroi (GHdC).
This market will cover the needs for approximately 900 beds, or an average of 1900 meals per day for the New Hospital site.
A basic menu for the standard diet will be established in cycles of 3 weeks, to which will comeadd the possibility of an "a la carte" menu, as well as different therapeutic foods.
Framework agreement and cascade award (see point I.3 Award procedure): As continuity of supply is an essential clause for the execution of this contract, it will be awardedper lot, and following the principle of "cascade".
This contract therefore aims to designate several economic operators with whom a framework agreement will be concluded for the benefit of which the awarder will be able to place orders following the procedure defined in the contractual clauses and at unit pricesset out in the bidders' offer.
This framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years maximum. Follow-up orders will be established according to the needs of the GHdC.
