- The purpose of this market is the supply of sequestrating phosphates to water treatment in time.
Each subsequent market will in principle be passed with the best classified framework of the framework agreement.
In the event that a Following situations arise, the market will be passed with the second ranked awarded, then possibly with the third in a cascading devolution order:
οThe swde observes during the exploitation that the tenderer's product does not allow the proper functioning of the treatment Water (efficiency, performance) or an additional cost calculated when the market is passed (the contractor will then be invited to withdraw his supplies, at his expense and without being entitled to any compensation). The swde will then order the second classified, which will be invited, according to the same principle, to deliver its supplies.
The market is made up of 2 lots:
β’ Lot 1: Sequestrating product based on phosphates - Red water - containers
β’ Lot 2: Sequestrating product based on phosphates - Red water - cans.
