- This concerns the implementation and repair of industrial floors in various buildings on the campus of Ghent University Hospital. This mainly concerns repair work and/or maintenance work on industrial floors. It may also be about innovation larger wholes and placement of new parts, but this is rather exceptional. The contractor must always take into account that the works are carried out on an operating hospital site. For this, reference is made to the collection “General safety regulations for third parties" that is added as an appendix to the special specifications. Below, agreements are laid down regarding, among other things, noise and dust nuisance, loading and unloading as well as access to the campus for heavy traffic. For each sub-assignment, the bottlenecks relating to the hospital in operation are examined in relation to the project to be carried out and specific agreements are made.
