- This framework agreement concerns the supply, placement and installation of loose furniture for the buildings and campuses of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). The assignment includes delivery, assembly, installation, connection and ready for use delivery of furniture and related accessories, as well as providing technical support and documentation where required. The framework agreement can be used for both small-scale deliveries (such as individual chairs, desks or cabinets) and... large-scale furnishing projects in which entire rooms, office environments, classrooms or communal zones are furnished with new furniture. The framework agreement is available to all services, faculties and research departments the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, regardless of their campus location. Both the Etterbeek and Jette campuses, as well as external branches affiliated with the VUB, can use this framework agreement. The VUB Infrastructure Service acts as: central manager of the framework agreement. This service is responsible for general coordination, monitoring of partial assignments and monitoring compliance with contractual provisions.
