- Emmaüs offers health and welfare care. 7,000 employees are available in a network of 24 facilities in the province of Antwerp to provide answers to every care question. We do this in general hospitals, mental health care, elderly care support for people with disabilities, children, youth and family (daycare, special youth care and child care and family support) Klavier offers support for people with disabilities and is located in Merksplas and several more country houses in Turnhout, Malle, Zoersel, Hoogstraten and Merksplas. To increase comfort in living areas of existing buildings, the need arises for installing air conditioning and cooling installations. We wish to obtain this in the form of one framework agreement against a price list in order to cover the current demand (and that in the near future) for Klavier with the possibility that other facilities within Emmaüs can also purchase this. Implementations will take place in phases on an individual basis call. In order to obtain a complete and correct comparison and price list, a number of concrete situations have already been described in the specifications. For these installations, a price calculation must be made per installation that covers all items. (study, advice, materials used, working hours, inspections, relocations, preparation of As-Build file, ...) All materials and items used must be stated separately in the global price list.
