- This framework agreement concerns the structural maintenance of roadways and sidewalks. The partial assignments carried out in the context of this agreement vary greatly in scope, ranging from local repairs of damage (such as subsidence or damage after utility works or accidents) to the complete reconstruction of parts of streets. The contracting authority expressly draws attention to the fact that small works represent a large share of this agreement. The The tenderer must take this into account when calculating his quotation by providing a corresponding return. These specifications supplement the provisions of the applicable regulations and, where applicable, are in accordance with the Standard specifications 200 and 250 for road construction. In the event of deviations, the provisions of these specifications take precedence. The framework agreement is concluded with one contractor. It is emphasized that no minimum purchase is guaranteed. This assignment grants the the tenderer does not have exclusivity with regard to the execution of assignments as described in the specifications. The framework agreement can be terminated at any time by either party, provided six months' notice is given by registered letter.
