Description:
The main tasks of Natuurpunt Beheer vzw are the preparation of management plans and the organization, development, management and opening of nature reserves in Flanders.
The object of the assignment is:
- drawing up exploratory and descriptive sludge and soil surveys in the context of the Soil Decree, according to OVAM standard procedures
- drawing up technical reports on earthmoving with declaration of conformity
- nutrient research with report preparation
- updating technical report with declaration of conformity
- drawing up reports of sampling and analysis in order to obtain a raw material declaration
- supervising excavations of rubble-containing embankment layers
If during the term of the assignment the Soil Decree, the Vlarebo and/or the standard procedures are changed, the order holder must take the changes into account. The different ones partial assignments are carried out at various locations in Flanders. For each partial assignment, the tenderer must follow up the soil investigation in all aspects: technical, financial, environmental hygiene and administrative. The following minimum performances are expected from the service provider:
-advice
-supervision and control
-sampling and have analyzes carried out
-general research follow-up
-financial investigation follow-up
- formatting reports
- supervising and monitoring projects with rubble-containing embankment layers
-extend reports/declarations of conformity if they have expired
