- The contracting authority is looking for a contractor who has an existing SMS application (not a new development) to, on the one hand, send appointment reminders to patients to reduce the no-show rate and, on the other hand, to send billing reminders to patients who do notpaid on time. Any new purposes can be added to this contract by means of an additional deed at the same rates. The candidates are reminded of the ongoing merger discussions between ZNA and GZA, with increasing cooperation between both organizations in the United Statespreparation for the merger will become increasingly closer afterwards. In order to improve quality, it is the intention of both hospitals to optimally coordinate their operations. Given the subject of the current placement procedure, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the contractt to be expanded due to the merger or with GZA as an additional client, which means that a change to the assignment, in the light of the merger or increasing cooperation between ZNA and GZA, is possible.
